In case you’re curious about me and why I do what I do

It all started when I fell into a deep depression at 17 years old. I had no clue what was going on with me at the time and - of course - just like most of us I was never taught what to do with all these emotions!

This was the starting point of a long journey of learning how to heal myself, educating myself on all things psychology, and ultimately figuring out what would give me hope again. 

Over the next decade, I put the pieces together with the help of amazing coaches, got trained and certified in a bunch of things you'll see below, so I could use my knowledge and life experiences to help others flourish by regulating their emotions.

I’m Manal, and this is my story.

I know first-hand what it's like to feel like your emotions are running the show, to feel like you haven't reached your potential, and most of all to feel like the support you really need isn't out there.

If you feel like nothing has been working or something is wrong with you, I want you to know that I've been there too.

I've had my fair share of unhelpful experiences whether it was in coaching or therapy. Practitioners who made me feel there was something wrong with me, instead of showing me all the ways I made sense. Practitioners who shamed me for my struggles. Practitioners who couldn't understand why their "solutions" weren't doing their magic on me.

This is why I'm super serious about applying the right psychology and neuroscience in everything I do. It's not enough that I just support you - I want you to understand the science behind our work together. I am also dedicated to ensuring that my work is trauma-informed so we can tap into your true potential for healing and growth.
